Required Qualifications
- Passionate for the unique mission of Community and Technical Colleges
- Former Professional on a Community and/or Technical College Campus, or other Higher Education Institution
- Masters Degree from an Accredited University
- Proven Commitment to Diversity and Gender Equity
- Demonstrated Commitment to Ethical Behavior
- Outstanding Interpersonal and Interviewing Skills
- Willingness to Work within Strict Standards of Excellence
- History of Routinely Completing Projects on a Hard Deadline
- Excellent Writing Skills
- Solid Knowledge of MS Word
Responsibilities
- Complete a Comprehensive Orientation Program (No Fee to Consultants)
- Represent Pauly Group in an Ethical and Professional Manner
- Participate in Recruiting Projects for Client College Positions in an Honest, Ethical Manner
- Conduct Candidate Referencing for Client Colleges in a Confidential and Professional Manner
- Prepare Recruiting and Reference Reports for Client Colleges
